Wondering why we debit your account for the money you've taken out with us, and then tell you we can't see your paycheck?
This is because our debits run through an automated system that we set up when you first signed up for Activehours. That system is based on your recurring pay schedule. Meanwhile, we're actually still waiting for your bank to show us that you've gotten paid so that we can allow you to take more money out with us.
If your bank is being extra slow to send that info to us, you can always help us out by using the help button in the app to send us a screenshot of your paycheck deposit with the last four digits of your account number showing. Once the Activehours team sees your paycheck, you'll be able to cash out again.
