Why doesn't Activehours provide phone support?

At Activehours, we’re all about using technology to make things faster and better. Here are a couple reasons why we do all of our support online:

  • Often, fixing issues requires sending screenshots or photos. This is easiest when you’re already online.
  • Online support keeps all your records in one place. This ensures nothing gets lost in translation if we need to escalate or revisit an old issue.
  • Speed speed speed. We promise. We can handle way more support questions online.

In place of phones, we currently offer support through the chat icon in the app, or by email at support@activehours.com.
