Why doesn't Activehours provide phone support?

At Activehours, we’re all about using technology to make things faster and better. That’s why we created an app that let’s you get your paycheck at Lightning Speed and it’s why we don’t do phone support. Here are a couple reasons why we do all of our support online:

  • Often, fixing issues requires sending screenshots or photos. This is easiest when you’re already online.
  • Online support keeps all your records in one place. This ensures nothing gets lost in translation if we need to escalate or revisit an old issue.
  • Speed speed speed. We promise. We can handle way more support questions online.

As we continue to grow, it’s important to work efficiently. When it comes to support, we’re able to handle 100 questions online in the time it takes to do 10 phone calls. That’s crazy. So, we ditched the phones. In place of phones, we currently offer support from 8am EST to 8pm EST through the chat icon in the app. We’re also working on some faster/ better ways to get in touch. So, stay tuned for that!
