Why does the Activehours app say my hours are 'unavailable'?

If the Activehours app says your hours are unavailable, this means your bank account balance is negative.

If you were to Cash Out while your account is negative, this would cause your bank to charge you more overdraft fees. So, in order to protect you from getting more bank fees, we'll hold on to your hours until you've worked enough to create a positive bank account balance. At that time, your current hours will become available in the Activehours app, and you'll be able to Cash Out.
