Why did Activehours take a couple cents from my bank account?

In order to make sure we can credit and debit your account, we send test transactions for just a few cents to your bank account. We always add a few cents more than we take out.

If this resulted in an overdraft fee, let us know by sending us a message using the help button in the app, or by emailing us at support@activehours.com. We'll get you a refund asap!
