What can I do if the bank connection fails?

If you're unable to connect your bank to you Activehours app, try this:

1. Confirm that your information is correct by logging into your bank’s website on a desktop browser
2. Check for any pop-up alerts or messages on your bank’s website
3. Re-enter your login info into the Activehours app starting with the bank name
